Did you ever notice how some things happen at the most inopportune time? . I don't mind if I misplace my keys on a day that I don't  an appointment.. But to have an appointment, misplace keys, then  to find the gas gague on empty  sort of  frazzeles a person, at least it does me!

Good Morning. I hope you are enjoying  your coffee while reading this. I always enjoy reading in that way.

I think I mentioned in one of my blogs that I signed up to take a few on- line courses in writing.  The one course gave a "forever" homework assignment. Forever!  I am just hoping I can do it daily.

WQED has always been a favorite channel for us to watch. They broadcast so many interesting programs, from cooking shows, opera, history,and Doo Wop music. Oh they do have more programs than what I mentioned  but I stopped at " DOO WOP" - because that is the program I love to watch the most.

I will gladly listen to them do their fundraising to raise money. ,Why, without our support, we would not be able to hear and see the "DOO WOP" conc...

For awhile now I have had this thirst for knowledge, So I took two courses on line. The first course was not what I expected or wanted, the 2nd one was great. But ask me if I know what I'm doing. go ahead ask - the answer is no, nope, nada. I have been trying to improve my skills, but I guess it applies to humans to when they say "you can't teach an old dog new tricks"

The 1995 red Jeep was bought from my ex boss. I fell in love with it instantly and wish we were buying it for me instead of my husband. But he had the longer drive to work and on roads that were like goat paths.

So I was appointed the 1994 maroon Dodge Caravan, Another vehicle bought off my ex-boss. He didn't even sale cars, he was co-owner of a business where I worked for ages. But he had cars that he did not need and he kept all of his cars in good conditio...

Winding down the last days of summer activities is sad. Having the grandkids come over often & hearing their giggles and lively chatter made my days enjoyable.I will miss that along with their hugs & kisses.

But school calls along with, soccer practice ,football games, cheer leading, etc .lt takes priority over the last few weeks of the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer. School clothes shopping is done, shoes bought, feathers in their hair plus buying supplies they will need...
